Looks like $310 taken out in Haiti, looks to be like an atm withdraw. Debit card stopped, pin changed, 7-10 days to get fixed. Not sure why this transaction wasn't flagged, I've been denied purchases in the state that boarders me until I call and approve it. When I went on my honeymoon I had to go in and give them dates and where I was going.
